REFUNDS

Happy Shirts & Great Aloha Run will issue a refund only if the merchandise is returned in its original condition within 30 days of the order date. The merchandise must have all original hang tags intact.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Happy Shirts / Great Aloha Run are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

SHIPPING

All shipping charges are quotes, and are calculated in real time. Happy Shirts / Great Aloha Run will not be responsible for the misquoting of shipping charges. Actual shipping expenses will be charged to the customer. If any items in the order are not in stock, the order will not be shipped until all items are available, unless other arrangements have been made with Happy Shirts / Great Aloha Run.
